9 cool sustainable brands I discovered during Holistiks Reform House

Gabrielle Koster

Last week, I visited the Holistik Reform House, an initiative of the beautiful Karlijn Visser and Evelyn van Hasselt from the conscious platform Holistik.nl. The goal of their Reform House? Getting to know all the awesome sustainable, eco-friendly and natural brands out there. Here are 9 brands that I discovered during the Reform House.

This recently founded natural webshop by two ladies from Dutch and Australian origin has the best natural beauty products. They make sure everything they sell lives up to their high standards. Brands they sell? Bondi Wash, Ere Perez and Sans[ceuticals].

Bondi Wash & Ere Perez

Kenko Shop
This too-cute-for-words online shop sells lots of organic cosmetics, but also sustainable presents like bamboo cups, Kissa tea and organic and soy wax candles. I’m a fan!

Skin Novels
This brand really knows how to handle packaging. These pure and 100% natural high quality soap barres have the most beautiful packaging and smell delish.

Beauty Kitchen
Another beauty brand with 100% natural products. Their new line? Seahorse Plankton products. I’ve tried the face mist, smells so good!

Raw Halo
Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to stop by at this brand, but I’ve heard of them before. They make all kinds of super delicious chocolate, all vegan, dairy free, gluten free and without refined sugar. Yay!

Urban Goddess
This yoga shop sells the cutest yoga wear and uses only organic Global Organic Textile Standard certified fabrics. They make sure all the ethical principles they care for are being followed.

These beauty products are made with the plant based, skin identical ingredient called Squalane. This ingredient naturally occurs in our skin and decreases as we get older. The oil makes my skin super soft and it’s not greasy at all.

This brand makes it easy to – when you really don’t have time or you’re in place where it’s hard to eat healthy – get your vitamins and minerals with one (vegan!) shake.

Quanis Dermafiller
Once developed to give kids in third world countries vaccinations, now used in a natural filler: hyaluronic acid crystals. They make sure the hyaluronic acid really enters your skin to reduce wrinkles without using chemicals. Interesting!

These brands were there as well, but they are brands I already know ánd LOVE.

The sustainable brand that has nothing to hide and makes the most amazing fashion items, including cruelty free woolen items.

The cup that makes a period a lot comfier. I’m a big fan!

Green People
The brand that makes natural cosmetics. My favorite product? Their mascara. It’s one of my favorite mascara’s ever.

Beautiful dresses and the comfiest yoga wear ever: LaDress. They produce in a sustainable way in Europe and they are economical in energy, waste and pollution.

Rock your World
Beautiful crystals and self care products like essential oils. Like!

This store has been my to-go place on Amsterdam Central Station for ages. They sell all sorts of natural products, from supplements to skin care.

Miss Green
This brand has a store in Haarlem, but thankfully also a webshop. They sell sustainable and cruelty free items that are super comfy.

Some more awesome products (can you believe that there are SO many sustainable brands? Makes me so happy!). These products were found in the sustainable goodiebag!
